SP Series  Spark Tester is a high-precision defect inspection device specially designed for wire extrusion production lines. By applying a stable high-voltage electric field in the gap between the electrode and cable, it accurately identifies pinhole and bare conductor defects.

The equipment supports continuously adjustable voltage over a wide range from 0.5kV to 15kV, stably compatible with various cables including power cables, automotive wires and data cables with outer diameter within 30mm.
