In mid-April, DALA Motion held its 2026 Spring Training Program, a two-day initiative designed to strengthen the capabilities of employees across sales, engineering and other departments.
Combining theoretical instruction with hands-on exercises, the program provided systematic training to employees and brought fresh momentum to the company's continued development in industrial automation.
The training program officially opened on the morning of April 8. Mr. Wu Bin, CEO of DALA Motion, delivered the opening remarks, warmly welcomed new employees and shared the company's vision and core values.

The training curriculum covered multiple areas, including industry competition, product technologies, manufacturing and after-sales service, with each session designed to build on the previous one.
Industry Insights and International Benchmarking
Wu Maotian introduced the company, while Cao Junqing and Wang Guanghua presented the two key application sectors of cleaning equipment and forklifts. Chen Hao supplemented the sessions with comparisons of common competitors.
By combining industry knowledge with competitor analysis, new employees were able to develop a fundamental understanding of the market early in their careers.

Technical Expertise and Hands-On Learning
Starting with systematic explanations of controller operating principles by Yu Zhongxing and Wang Yiru, new employees gradually developed an understanding of the underlying technologies behind our products.
This was followed by quality and testing training led by Gu Qiuxiang. Through live demonstrations and practical exercises, participants gained a deeper understanding of the complete process, from functional implementation to performance validation.

During the hands-on training sessions, under the guidance of instructors including Lu Deshuang and He Jiaqi, new employees practiced key tasks such as vehicle wiring and harness assembly.
From reading electrical diagrams to cable routing, connection and commissioning, participants gradually mastered fundamental operating procedures and important technical considerations.
Moving from classroom instruction to laboratory exercises and real-vehicle operation, employees stepped beyond simply listening and began applying what they had learned. Through repeated practice and problem-solving, they strengthened their understanding of products and systems, effectively connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.

Standardized Service Processes and Professionalism
The company also organized intensive sessions covering PAE responsibilities, the complete SOP for electric control system sales, and troubleshooting procedures.
Particular attention was given to professional work practices and project documentation management during the later stages of training, ensuring that every new employee can deliver services that meet DALA Motion's professional standards.

Alongside the intensive learning sessions, a team dinner held in the rooftop garden on the evening of April 10 brought colleagues closer together and reflected DALA Motion's warm and open team culture.
Continuous investment in talent development is an important part of DALA Motion's long-term growth strategy. In a rapidly changing industry, strengthening organizational capabilities is essential to maintaining competitiveness and achieving sustainable development.
Looking ahead, DALA Motion will continue to drive progress through technology and practical applications, deepen the integration of R&D, manufacturing and marketing, and pursue further innovation in motor control technology.
Through systematic training and hands-on experience, we will continue to build a more professional and execution-oriented team, delivering more efficient and reliable products and services to our customers.
From product selection to production line operation, we provide end-to-end support through on-site operational guidance and comprehensive after-sales technical assistance.
